Project Overview
Choice Landscaping is a local landscaping company and garden center in the greater Milwaukee area that offers services such as lawn cutting, fertilization, light construction, and much more!
Bill, the owner, had an old website that was built 15 years prior to talking to us, and he mentioned that he wanted an easy to update website where he didn’t need to pay a web developer every time he wanted to make small changes. He also wanted to be able to sell some of the products they offered at the garden center, such as mulch and topsoil. He also wanted customers to be able to schedule and order delivery straight from their website. Finally, he wanted to make sure his invoice software, Jobber, was able to be integrated into the website.
We built his website on Squarespace, something we typically don’t do, but we wanted to make sure he felt comfortable managing his website after we built it for him! Squarespace also makes it easy to sell products online, which was another reason why we chose it for Bill.

The Results
Website Traffic Increase
When we starting this project with Choice Landscaping & Garden Center, their previous website agency never applied Google Analytics, so we didn’t have a reference for the amount of traffic they were getting, BUT we were able to see a substantial increase in organic traffic after we launched their new site and fixed SEO issues that were on the old site.
Choice Landscaping ranks at the top of the page for landscaping in their area, and their Google my business page ranks high as well. Since launching the eCommerce store, they’ve been ranking locally for various items that they sell too!
Increased Website Sales
Once we were able to launch their eCommerce site, sales starting coming in fast! We were able to help grow their business in a way Bill never saw possible before, all while he didn’t have to lift a finger!
As you can see on the bar graph, the highest driver of sales is from organic search too!
