Google Ads

This guide is assuming that you are on a desktop and you already have a Google Ads account. If you do not have a Google Ads account, we will set one up for you, but it is important that you make sure you do not have one already, since all previous data will be lost.

Step 1: Make sure you are logged into the correct Google Account and head over to the Google Ads Dashboard.

Step 2: Click on Tools & Settings button near the top of the page.

Step 3: Click on the Setup button, then click on the Account access and security button.

Step 4: Make sure to head to the Security Settings tab once you’re here.

Step 5: In the “Allowed domains” area make sure to click that area, click Add Domain, enter “socialsurgemarketing.com” and click Save in the lower right corner.

Step 6: Head back to the Users tab, that you can find at the top left corner of your screen.

Step 7: Click on the Blue + Button on the top left corner of the screen.

Step 8: Enter “eric@socialsurgemarketing.com” in the “Email” area.

Step 9: Click on the account access level you wish to grant, in this case, we need Standard.

Step 10: Scroll down and click on the Blue Send Invitation button.

And you’re done! Eric will get an email that he needs to accept before you’ll see him in the “Users” area.
