PPC Specialist

Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time/Contract

We are growing and looking to add a PPC Specialist to our team! As a PPC Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing pay-per-click advertising campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients (Mostly Google Ads, but see more on this below). You will play a key role in driving traffic, increasing conversions, and maximizing ROI for our clients’ online marketing efforts.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across various platforms like Google Ads, and social media advertising (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • 75%+ of this role would be focused on Google Ads management
  • Conduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click campaigns to maximize budget and ROI.
  • 1-5 years of Google Ads experience (agency setting preferred but not required).

  • Analyze campaign performance and report on key metrics.
  • Provide actionable insights based on data to improve campaign performance.

  • Manage the budget for PPC campaigns, ensuring campaigns are optimized and cost-effective.
  • Monitor and adjust bids to gain better ROI.

  • Perform A/B testing on various campaign elements, including ad copy, landing pages, and call-to-action buttons to improve click-through and conversion rates.
  • Stay current with PPC best practices and strategies.

  • Collaborate with clients and/or internal team members to understand business objectives and tailor PPC campaigns accordingly.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients and internal teams.

We’re looking for someone who is a team player and enjoys working collaboratively. Most of our work is done as a team, and we want to make sure you’ll enjoy working with us!

  • Must be organized
  • Knowledge of Google Suite is a plus
    • Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.

Most of the work you’re doing is going to be brand new to you, and that’s totally okay! We want to make sure that you’re okay learning new skills and becoming more well rounded in Digital Marketing!

Most of our clients are in Milwaukee and southeast Wisconsin. We have a love for Milwaukee that our clients see, and we’re looking for someone who shares that love!

Other information about this role

1-5 years of Google Ads experience (agency setting preferred but not required)

Milwaukee, WI - Must be able to work in-person at our office 2-3 days/week with work-from-home the rest of the time.

Must be generally available 8-5 every day, but flexible work as long as timelines are met.
